Right Hand Pusher for Table Saw

This rides on the rip fence. It will adjust to fit nearly any rip fence ever made in just a couple of minutes. It is spring loaded so it rides above the table so you don’t have to take it off to start each cut. You push the board under it to start the cut, when you get 8 - 10 inches from the blade simply push it down and forward all the way through the cut and your hands never get near the danger zone or the saw blade. When making the cut you don’t stop to pick up a push stick - you don’t even stop the forward motion of the board. The height the pusher sets off of the table saw surface is adjustable by turning a set screw. If cutting mostly 3/4” stock set it at 1”. If you are occasionally cutting a thicker board you can raise it up 1 3/4” with out changing the set screw. You can pull it back manually so it goes over center and it will be 1 3/4” off of saw table. If you are cutting mostly thicker boards set it about 1/4” higher than the stock you are cutting. Even if set in the highest position you can still use it with out any adjustment to cut any thickness down to 1/8”. This is a very precise unit built to very close tolerances on a CNC machine. The wear points on the arms have brass pushing so if after a tremendous amount of use the wear is only on the bushings. They are cheap and easy to change. The unit runs on slick tape so there is nothing else that will wear out. Unit should last a life time. Pretty cheap insurance for a lifetime of keeping you safe.
